Vibrant Energy has commissioned a 66MW EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) project from Tata Power Solar, an integrated solar enterprise and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power.
The project will generate 110,029 energy units per year. Carbon emissions will be reduced by up to 9 lakh tonnes as a result of the installation. The project, which covers 191 acres and includes 1,27,268 solar modules, was finished in a record-breaking nine months.
Tata Power Solar and Vibrant Energy share the goal of being the country’s leader in innovation-driven renewable energy solutions. Tata Power Solar devised a one-of-a-kind execution strategy, deploying various teams to ensure the project’s seamless operation and commissioning at all levels. To assure the structural stability of the entire EHV (extra high voltage) system, the team built a two-level pooling sub-station on the undulating terrain and earthed the hard rock ground.
To eliminate delays caused by numerous shifts and to permit prompt regularisation, materials were dumped directly at the workplace. In addition, before commissioning, the modules were insured.

With this project’s completion, the company’s entire utility-scale solar project portfolio now stands at 9.7GWp.
