Turner is honoured to commemorate the second annual Construction Inclusion Week alongside other members of the industry. For future workers, Construction Inclusion Week aims to make good changes in the sector.
We are excited to release this film, in which residents of Turner highlight the significance of the subjects covered during Construction Inclusion Week, our goals, and how they actively care for others, are involved in their communities, and are making Turner a friendly place for everyone.
The number of participants in Construction Inclusion Week has doubled since its first year, which is a fantastic indicator of advancement. More than 2,500 businesses, including clients, suppliers, government agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations, have enrolled. This broad coalition of business people is conveying a strong message that they support diversity, equity, and inclusion on job sites, within project teams, and the industry.
To foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, support supplier diversity, and further efforts to support an environment where everyone looks out for one another and where everyone is treated with respect and decency, Turner is planning events throughout the week.
