‘YOO ONE,’ a luxury residential complex by Tribeca Developers and Tricon Infra Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., has opened on NIBM Road in South Pune. Susanne Khan of YOO is the project’s interior designer.
The characteristic glass and zinc facade towers of YOO ONE will overlook a 200-acre conserved forest on one side and the Sahyadri mountain range on the other. Every room in the apartments has large floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and provide beautiful views of the city, the surrounding forest, and the Sahyadris.
Residents will have access to exclusive luxurious amenities such as an infinity pool, spa and fitness centre with sauna, steam and massage rooms, library, lounge, games room, children’s play area, fine-dining restaurant, and business centre at the 1.5-acre rooftop terrace and the YOO ONE Club, to name a few.
The expected cost of YOO ONE is 450 crores, with 3 and 4 bedroom units ranging from 1.9 crores to 3.6 crores.
