Prime minister pledges to ramp up housebuilding

The prime minister has pledged to increase housebuilding as part of a package of measures to tackle the cost-of-living crisis and boost the economy. Speaking in Blackpool, Boris Johnson said increasing housing supply was one critical way to reduce bills and promote growth.
