The construction site of Arunachal Bhavan is a hive of activity. Natung, a curious onlooker, watches as the workers toil away in the hot sun. He observes the different tradesmen at work – the masons, the carpenters, the electricians – and marvels at their skill.

The workers take a break for lunch and Natung strikes up a conversation with them. He learns that most of them are from Arunachal Pradesh, the northeastern state that shares a border with China.
