The construction site of Arunachal Bhavan is a hive of activity. Natung, a curious onlooker, watches as the workers toil away in the hot sun. He observes the different tradesmen at work – the masons, the carpenters, the electricians – and marvels at their skill.
The workers take a break for lunch and Natung strikes up a conversation with them. He learns that most of them are from Arunachal Pradesh, the northeastern state that shares a border with China. They tell him about their homeland – the lush green mountains, the pristine rivers, the friendly people. They are all excited to be working on this project, which will be a new home for their people in Delhi.
Natung is impressed by the work ethic of the workers and the sense of pride they have in their work. He wishes them all the best for the completion of the project.
