Kalpataru opens a 6-million-square-foot commercial property

Kalpataru, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has decided to construct a commercial project with a total area of 6 lakh sq ft. The project will take up 1,000 square feet and will be ready for occupancy in June 2026. The Grade-A commercial project, Kalpataru Summit, is located on Mulund’s main thoroughfare, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg.

In addition to retail spaces, the Kalpataru Summit offers compact and mid-size offices. Entrepreneurs and business owners will be able to move up the aspirational value chain thanks to the project’s luxury office spaces. Parag Munot, MD of Kalpataru Ltd, stated that the company has built several landmark properties in the commercial real estate space, including Kalpataru Square, which was Asia’s first Platinum LEED Certified Core and Shell building by the US Green Building Council.
