Jindal Aluminium reaches new heights in aluminium-extruded product production

By producing a record-breaking 115,920 MT of aluminium extruded products in the fiscal year 2023–2024, Jindal Aluminium has achieved a new milestone. Its standing as the biggest producer of aluminium extruded goods in India is confirmed by the 10% rise in output over the previous fiscal year. The company’s proficiency in manufacturing complex aluminium profiles, together with its standing for high-quality goods and prompt delivery, highlights its dedication to satisfying the expanding market need. With more than 50 years of expertise, Jindal Aluminium is still the industry leader.

Three state-of-the-art production facilities are run by Jindal Aluminium: one each in Bengaluru, Dabaspet, Karnataka, and a recently purchased facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. These cutting-edge technology-equipped facilities, which employ a highly qualified team, can produce 2.35 L tonnes of aluminium goods year, including 160,000 extruded and 75,000 flat-rolled aluminium products. The firm has environmentally friendly in-house surface finishing facilities, such as powder coating and anodising, in addition to the manufacturing equipment.

“We feel humbled to contribute again to the nation’s requirement with the highest production of aluminium extruded products,” said Pragun Jindal Khaitan, vice chairman and managing director of Jindal Aluminium, in a statement. “Our commitment to delivering top-quality products, backed by best-in-class technology and stringent quality standards, remains uncompromised,” he added. Its two Karnataka production facilities run entirely on renewable energy, a sign of its dedication to environmental responsibility and sustainability. The size of the Indian aluminium extrusion market is expected to reach an astounding 1,288,202.3 tonnes by 2028, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.49% from 2023 to 2028, according to the most recent analysis by IMARC. It also portends a positive future for the aluminium extrusion industry.
