Credai NCR and Credai Western UP will have new leadership in 2022-24

The new leadership teams for 2022-2024 were elected by the Western UP Zonal Chapter and NCR – the territorial/state chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (Credai). Manoj Gau.

(chairman, Gaurs Group) was elected as the new president of Credai NCR, succeeding Pankaj Bajaj (Eldeco Group), and Amit Modi (County Group) was elevated as the new president of Credai Western UP chapter, succeeding Prashant Tiwari (Prateek Group).

“The last two years have been quite an adventure for the sector,” Gaur said, “but looking at government support and buyer sentiments, we are quite confident that we will have an adventure ahead.”

“This year, developers will face both challenges and opportunities, so we must reconsider how we can use this turning point to reimagine our collective potential.” The team hopes to create a highly conducive environment for Indian real estate and all of its stakeholders in order to shape the region’s real estate sector’s future,” Gaur added.
