Bennet and Bernard’s custom holiday homes, which stand out in Goa’s luxury real estate scene, allow you to experience the lifestyle and enjoy a Mauritian vibe. They have set new standards with projects like Casa Del Senor, which is inspired by Spanish colonial architecture, Tudor House, which is inspired by French chateau architecture, and Quinta Del Mariano, which is inspired by Portuguese colonial architecture.
Casa Creole, the company’s most recent project, brings the best of Mauritian architecture to Goa’s shores. Each property is unique and draws inspiration from its surroundings.
Moira’s picturesque backdrop is woven with Mauritian architecture. The Mauritian Hacienda is a private estate with only six villas.
Natural light, cooling, planting, and protecting interior spaces from the intense midday heat are all important considerations.
Bennet and Bernard has also partnered with a Mauritius-based interior design firm with over two decades of experience in the industry exclusively for this project. Air Mauritius, Standard Bank, Southern Cross Hotels, Eclosia Group, and Bank of Mauritius are just a few of their prestigious clients.
The project is located in Moira, which is away from the city’s cacophony, in North Goa.
Smart designs for air ventilation for natural cooling, LED lighting, classic Portuguese styled clay or cement tiled roof, high-grade exterior metal paint with epoxy, video door telephone system, handcrafted teak main door, decorative lighting in the verandah, food-grade coated sump tank, and many other features are included in the project, which is based on the concept of sustainability.
