Aparna Constructions has announced a project covering 83.23 acres

Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced Aparna Dharti, an 83.23-acre plotted development project in Dundigal, Hyderabad.

Prior to this, in January, the brand announced Aparna Zenon, a gated community with a $2.550 crore investment. The company’s most recent project is a well-connected venture to developed areas such as Miyapur, Gachibowli, Bowrampet, and Gateway IT Park. The company will offer 760 plots in the project, with prices starting at 91 lakh.

S S Reddy, the company’s managing director, stated that the company is working on three plotted property ventures and two commercial projects. The majority of its upcoming projects will be concentrated in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengaluru. During the current fiscal year, the company intends to grow by 30%.
