In order to construct the 400 crore Industrial and Logistics Park in Karnataka, AA Holdings has joined forces with Logiy Spaces. The one million square foot complex, which will be built in the Narsapura suburbs, is expected to be finished by September of next year. With the help of this project, businesses in other industries, such as e-commerce and third-party logistics, will have greater opportunities to grow in the state. Numerous prestigious clients from around the world have already given the project their soft commitments. One of Karnataka’s largest industrial areas, Narasapura is connected to Kolar, Malur, Hoskote, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Chittoor. It is part of the Kolar district.
Under the new effort, the two businesses intend to strengthen their collaboration and seek to deliver a minimum of 5 million square feet by 2024 with an anticipated capital inflow of $200 million. The joint venture, according to BR Venkatesh Kumar, MD of Logiy Spaces India, will greatly expand prospects for small and micro landowners and elevate them to become top developers who will support the nation’s economic progress. Indian industrial and storage space has attracted significant attention from both domestic and foreign businesses.
