Wolffkran to Unveil WOLFF 8095 Compact Trolley Jib Crane at bauma 2025

Compact Trolley Jib

Wolffkran has introduced the WOLFF 8095 Compact, the first WOLFF trolley jib crane in the 900 mt class, with an impressive lifting capacity. The crane comes in two variants, the two-fall model WOLFF 8095.25 and the convertible two- and four-fall model WOLFF 8095.40.

Automatically couplable, and separable trolley, providing more flexibility for different construction sites. The crane’s high lifting capacity is due to the lighter individual weights of the separable trolley and the design of the first three jib parts as a four-chord version. The crane also features a 110 kW hoist winch, which can achieve operating speeds of up to 160 m/min.

The WOLFF 8095 Compact is highly adaptable, allowing multiple cranes to be positioned close together while keeping the overall height of the WOLFF pack low. The crane’s compact tower top allows for easy assembly using the standard 350-ton mobile crane, and it features enhanced bolt storage at critical locations. The WOLFF 8095.

Compact is set for worldwide deployment and has already received significant demand even before its official market launch. The crane will be presented at bauma 2025 from April 7-13 at the Wolffkran booth.

At bauma 2025, Wolffkran is set to introduce the WOLFF 8095 Compact, marking its inaugural entry into the 900-tonne-meter class of trolley jib cranes. This addition to the Compact series is engineered to deliver exceptional lifting capacities while maintaining a streamlined design, catering to the demands of modern construction sites.

Variants and Lifting Capacities

The WOLFF 8095 Compact is available in two distinct models:

  • WOLFF 8095.25 Compact: This two-fall configuration offers a maximum lifting capacity of 25 tonnes. With an 80-meter jib, it can handle up to 10.5 tonnes at the jib’s tip when utilizing the WOLFF Boost function.
  • WOLFF 8095.40 Compact: Featuring a convertible two- and four-fall system with an automatically couplable double trolley, this variant boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 40 tonnes. In four-fall mode, it can lift 8.6 tonnes at the maximum 80-meter jib length with the WOLFF Boost.

  • Jib Configuration: The crane comes with a 30-meter basic jib, extendable up to 80 meters in 5-meter increments, providing flexibility for various project requirements.
  • Ease of Assembly: Designed for straightforward setup, the crane requires only a 350-tonne mobile crane for assembly. The tie-ins for the jib can be adjusted from the tower top without additional mobile crane assistance, streamlining the installation process.

Advanced Features

The WOLFF 8095 Compact is equipped with several advanced features to enhance operational efficiency and safety:

  • Double Trolley System: The automatically couplable double trolleys allow operators to adjust load distribution seamlessly, reducing the need for manual intervention and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Safety and Monitoring: Key features include electronic overload protection with WOLFF Boost, an anti-collision interface, fine positioning modes for hoisting and trolley travel, and the WOLFF Link remote maintenance system for real-time crane monitoring.

The unveiling of the WOLFF 8095 Compact at bauma 2025 underscores Wolffkran’s commitment to innovation in the crane industry, offering solutions that combine high performance with operational efficiency to meet the evolving needs of construction professionals.
