A joint venture between VST Tillers Tractors Ltd and HTC Investments, VST Zetor Private Ltd, announced on Monday the introduction of three “best-in-class” tractors with greater horsepower ratings. The business released a statement identifying the three new tractors—VST Zetor 4211, VST Zetor 4511, and VST Zetor 5011—that were introduced in the 41–50 HP range. Together, VST and ZETOR have created these solutions through extensive testing and technology integration, with invaluable input from the farming community.
“These tractors, which were developed at the VST Zetor facility in India, have a totally constant mesh gearbox with helical gears, VZmatic hydraulics and a strong, best-in-class DI engine that is built locally. Easy operation and desired comfort are ensured by its broader platform, dual diaphragm clutch, optimum turning radius, adjustable premium seat, dual-acting power steering, and aerodynamic style, according to the statement.
They claim that these tractors may be used for a variety of tasks, from clearing land to carrying out post-harvest duties. It works extremely well for primary, secondary, and transport uses in agriculture as well as for all heavy-duty non-agricultural duties.
With these models, we are breaking into the higher horsepower class, which accounts for 60% of the Indian tractor market, making the debut of these tractors a noteworthy milestone. “These tractors will contribute to fortifying our brand and expanding our tractor portfolio to better serve a broad spectrum of farming applications and regional market demands,” stated Antony Cherukara, MD of VST Zetor.
According to him, VST Zetor introduced these tractors following extensive study and comprehension of the needs of the Indian farming community.
