The Haili Road project has a construction area of approximately 100,000 square feet and has 40 to 42 seven-star luxury apartments with an average area of 2,000 square feet. The company is currently exploring the idea of hiring internationally renowned designers or architects. Design this, it may become a branded residence. If allowed, the builder plans to rise to 6 floors or higher. One of Tata Housing’s first projects was Tata Apartments on Prithviraj Road.

For the latest project, it will repeat this history again and try to push this legacy forward. According to Mehrotra, Covid-19 had a short-term impact on the business in the first and second waves due to the overall uncertainty in the market that delayed the company’s expansion plans. Therefore, the focus is to ensure that existing projects receive good attention. During Covid-19, the availability of labor, personnel, and materials is a challenge, but due to the current market rebound, the company is looking forward to more releases.
