The Trehan Group has announced the opening of Trehan Vivanta, a new housing development housing project with 150 residential plots in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The company will build the necessary infrastructure, such as internal roads, a club, a swimming pool, a jogger’s park, and other facilities, for the next project, which spans 14 acres.
According to managing director Saransh Trehan, the plots are being offered for a price ranging from 35 lakh to 75 lakh and come in varied sizes, ranging from 130 square yards to 309 square yards. He further explained that the project was the first endeavour after a quiet of seven years in Bhiwadi.
Numerous plots have already been sold by the corporation to builders who will use them to build flats that will later be sold to end users starting at $13 lakh. On the Bhiwadi Alwar road, the project is in a prime location. According to him, the group has numerous finished and ongoing projects in the Rajasthani cities of Alwar, Bhiwadi, Tapukara, and Neemrana, as well as a sizable presence in the Haryana cities of Gurugram and Faridabad, as well as the Maharashtrian city of Navi Mumbai.
