Tata Housing has launched a pre-engineered plots scheme ‘Swaram’, located in the heart of an upcoming mega-city Carnatica. The project is in Devanahalli, 15 mins away from the Kempegowda International Airport, and has been designed with wide roads and energy-efficient street lighting.
Carnatica is one of TRIL’s biggest projects in Bengaluru, redefining the millennial home buyer’s demand in the region. The mixed-use development is being built around three main themes: technology, sustainability, and social. North Bengaluru has remained a hotbed of development, particularly after the expansion of KIAL in 2014.
The digital-savvy generation is looking for branded properties that are purposefully created, with modern amenities. Pramod Bisht, Senior VP & business head, south India, TRIL, said Bengaluru has a large untapped millennial market. These buyers are driven by RoI oriented approach, especially in emerging markets such as North Bengaluru.
