Sunteck Realty to build 2.5 mn sq ft mixed-use project

On a 7.25-acre property tract near Mira Road, outside of Mumbai, Sunteck Realty has entered into a collaborative development agreement to build a 2.5 million square foot residential-led mixed-use project. The builder has signed a revenue-sharing partnership with a local real estate developer for the project.

which has a potential income creation of 30 billion, in order to construct this land parcel in the Beverly Park region of Mira Road. The firm intends to build high-rise luxury apartment structures together with a specific area as a retail component as part of the project, which will be carried out in phases.
