Major residential construction company Sobha Developers has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) to construct a home project in Chennai. The project agreement is related to a joint development agreement for a 2.5 acre land parcel for Sobha.
Sobha Developers’ Ravi Namboodiri, Regional Head for Tamil Nadu, stated that they hope to take advantage of the rising demand for upscale housing through this joint venture. Velachery’s social infrastructure and connectivity will be a benefit for the forthcoming project.
