Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari Inaugurated India’s Biggest Skill Competition

The IndiaSkills Competition 2024 was opened today by Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. The goal of this tournament, which is being heralded as the biggest skill event in the nation, is to present the best in skilling.

Shri Tiwari underlined that IndiaSkills 2024 is a celebration of talent, ingenuity, and willpower rather than merely a competition. He emphasised the occasion as evidence of the youth’s limitless potential and their influence on the future of the country. He conveyed optimism for the applicants’ success at WorldSkills 2024 and showed trust in their talents.

Participants will compete in a variety of skill categories over the course of the following three days, including Manufacturing and Engineering Technology, Information and Communication Technology, Creative Arts and Fashion, Transportation and Logistics, and Construction and Building Technology. The tournament will conclude on May 19th with a stunning closing event.
