In Kolkata, Sany Bharat has established a cutting-edge 4S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Skill Development Center) office. The 4S model combines sales, service, spare parts, and upskilling into a full-service strategy.
Dacheng Zhu, Executive Director of the Board and Representative of the Chairman of the Board of the Sany Group, Dheeraj Panda, Business Head of Excavator & Motor Grader at Sany Bharat, and Shashank Pandey, COO (Sales, Marketing & Customer Support), along with senior leadership team, officially opened the new office. The entire state of West Bengal and Sikkim will be served by the Kolkata office. Sany Bharat will move forward by implementing the 4s model to improve customer experience and expand into new areas with the highest level of operational efficiency.
