Sandvik India gets CSR Leadership & CSR Project of the Year Awards

The “CSR Leadership Award” and the “CSR Project of The Year Award” were given to Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology India at the 5th Edition of Corporate Social Responsibility Summit & Awards 2022, which was put on by UBS Forum.

The CSR Leadership Award honours Sandvik for its wide range of CSR initiatives that have a positive impact on society in areas like education, health, skill development, the environment, and community support.

The Sandvik Mine Automation Learning Center (SMAC), a cutting-edge Digitalization and Automation learning centre at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, has won the second award for “CSR Project of the Year.”

One of the most prestigious awards, the CSR Summit & Awards, highlights the accomplishments of various industries in the areas of safety, health, and CSR. Eminent CSR industry leaders attended the event as guests of honour. On the basis of industry best practises for CSR, the award was evaluated.
