RVNL Secures ₹390 Cr Contract for Sitarampur Bypass Line

An approximate ₹390 crore contract has been issued by the Indian Railways to the state-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).

The Indian Railways has awarded a contract worth roughly ₹390 crore to the state-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). Under the terms of the deal, the Eastern Railway’s Asansol Division will build the Sitarampur bypass line.

The Eastern Railway sent RVNL a Letter of Acceptance for this big infrastructure project. The project, which aims to improve rail efficiency and connectivity in the area, is anticipated to be finished in 24 months.
