In order to build a commercial tower over the SATIS (East) center at Thane Railway Station in Maharashtra, the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has opened bids. This project is a component of Thane’s Smart City Mission, which aims to improve connectivity and lessen traffic by creating a multimodal transit hub. With links to suburban rail, bus, and metro services, the eight-story commercial building will have commuter amenities, food courts, solar panels, and green office spaces. It is well situated in the center of the business area.
