An offer has been made to lease a 3.5-acre plot of land in Dharmavaram, Sri Sathya Sai district, Andhra Pradesh, by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory entity of Indian Railways. The site, which is next to the Chennai-Anantapur Highway (NH-716) and along Station Road, would be leased for 45 years at a reserve price of ₹9.10 crore. 26,770.91 square meters is the estimated built-up area (BUA) for the development.
The site is accessible by a 15-meter-wide road and is ideally located next to Dharmavaram Railway Station inside the South Central Railway Zone. The Ananthapuramu Hindupur Urban Development Authority (AHUDA) is in charge of it. It also has excellent connections to the closest airports in Bengaluru (159 km) and Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh (153 km), as well as the APSRTC Bus Stand in Dharmavaram.
