FAR of 2.2 and a reserve price of ₹18.87 crore. The property is bordered to the north and west by railroad land, to the east by a 3.35-meter-wide canal, and to the south by the PWD’s 9-meter-wide Dhela road, which the master plan calls for enlarging to a maximum of 30 meters.
The purpose of this development project is to improve the Ramnagar Station area’s commercial infrastructure, which will benefit the neighborhood as well as the surrounding area.
