RLDA Invites Bids for Commercial Development of Land near Ramnagar Station

For the commercial development of railway property near Ramnagar Station in Uttarakhand, under the Izzatnagar Division of North Eastern Railway, the Rail property Development entity (RLDA), a statutory entity of Indian Railways, has requested bids. The developer is to be leased 13,625 square meters of land for a period of 45 years, at a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.2 and a reserve price of ₹18.87 crore. The property is bordered to the north and west by railroad land, to the east by a 3.35-meter-wide canal, and to the south by the PWD’s 9-meter-wide Dhela road, which the master plan calls for enlarging to a maximum of 30 meters. The purpose of this development project is to improve the Ramnagar Station area’s commercial infrastructure, which will benefit the neighborhood as well as the surrounding area.
