Bids are being accepted for the commercial development of railway land at Kailash Puram along National Highway (NH)-16 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory body of Indian Railways. Forty percent of the development will be commercial, while sixty percent will be residential. The 4.71-acre (19,061-square-meter) plot of land will be leased for 99 years at a reserve price of ₹170 crore. The offered built-up area (BUA) is 91,403.31 square meters.
