RailTel bags order from Ircon

RailTel of India has received a work order for Ircon International’s rail connection project.

The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of tunnel communication systems, including emergency call and service telephones, closed circuit television, tunnel radio and public address systems in the tunnel environment, located in the Dharam – Banihal section of the Ferozepur Lower Jammu Kashmir Railway Project North Railway Division.

The total cost of the project is 21.077 billion rupees (including consumption tax). The entire work will be completed within 12 months.
