The Lodha Group intends to build a small amount of retail space as part of its high-end residential luxury project in Pune. This project has a gross development value of $15,000 crore and a development potential of 2.5 to 3 lakh square feet.
On a 12-acre land parcel on NIBM Road on the southern outskirts of Pune, the developer and a developer from Pune had previously agreed to collaborate on the development of a 1.5 million square foot residential project. This was the Lodha Group’s second project in the city and its entry back into this real estate market almost ten years after its opulent Lodha Belmondo in the Gahunje neighbourhood.
