NHAI has declared PNC Infratech as the L1 (lowest) bidder for a road project in Maharashtra’s Solapur area. On a Hybrid Annuity Model, the project entails the construction of a 6-lane stretch of greenfield highway with access controlled lanes at a cost of Rs 1,575 crore. The project will be built in 30 months and will be operational for 15 years after that.
