At Gandhinagar station, Prime Minister Narendra Modi signalled the departure of the Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express.
The Vande Bharat Express is outfitted with cutting-edge, modern safety systems, such as the locally created KAVACH Train Collision Avoidance System.
All classes include reclining chairs, and executive coaches also have seats that can be rotated 180 degrees.
Every coach has a 32″ screen that provides entertainment and information to the passengers.
