Nitin Gadkari Launches 19 Road Projects Worth ₹4,000 Cr in Mumbai

Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari inaugurated 19 road infrastructure projects in Mumbai, worth over ₹4,000 crore. Furthermore, improvements to 15 accident-prone spots on the Cuttack to Ichhapuram section of National Highway-16 are planned to reduce road accidents.

Future Infrastructure Plans

Minister Gadkari highlighted that the central government has undertaken highway projects worth nearly ₹2 lakh crore in Odisha, with ₹60,000 crore already completed and another ₹60,000 crore underway. Projects worth ₹75,000 crore are in the pipeline, and an additional ₹3 lakh crore is expected to be invested the state’s road.
