NHAI Unveils New Identity for National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT)

With the release of a new logo for the National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT), an infrastructure investment trust, NHAI has unveiled a new corporate identity. In front of senior NHAI and NHIT officials, NHAI Chairman Shri Santosh Kumar Yadav introduced the new logo, which stands for growth and agility, at the NHAI headquarters in New Delhi. With this rebranding, NHIT hopes to become more visible and better reflect its key principles of integrity, cooperation, excellence, accountability, and agility in learning.

NHIT, which became a trust in October 2020 and is registered with SEBI, backs the National Monetization Pipeline (NMP) initiative of the Indian government. After three monetization rounds, NHIT has made a total of Rs 26,125 crore in revenue. As of right now, 190 investors and more than 12,000 retail bondholders own Non-Convertible Debentures issued by NHIT. It oversees fifteen different toll roads that are spread over nine states (Assam, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal) with a total length of about 1,525 kilometers.
