The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the development of a ₹777-crore road project in Kerala. The project, which is to be developed on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis, involves the construction of a four-lane road from Kollam to Kochi. The road will have a length of approximately 100 km and will pass through the cities of Kollam, Alappuzha, and Ernakulam. The project is expected to be completed within a period of three years.
