Andhra Pradesh is set to get three new airports, as to MP and state BJP president Daggubati Purandeswari. She said on X, “With NDA in power, both in the Centre and in the state, we are able to plan new airports at Kuppam, Dagadarthi, and Mulapeta.” The purpose of these new airports is to improve connectivity and promote regional economic development.
Two further planned airports, at Dagadarthi in the Nellore district and Mulapeta in the Srikakulam district, will supplement the Kuppam airport. It is anticipated that these initiatives will greatly improve the state’s accessibility and infrastructure.
Furthermore, after the state’s NDA took office, the international airport in the Bhogapuram area of Vizianagaram district has advanced more quickly. Additionally, this initiative has the potential to significantly increase the area’s connectivity to foreign locations.
