With the External Affairs Ministry, NBCC recently agreed to redevelop a central Delhi housing complex for $175 crore. For the project at the Kasturba Gandhi Marg, the company and MEA Housing Complex (Old) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
.In addition to this, it has also signed a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aligarh Smart City Ltd for the provision of PMC (Project Management and Consultancy) services for the project of “Development & Modernisation of Infrastructure at Naurangilal College, SH, a sports facilities” at a cost of 50 crore. Additionally, it has signed an MoU with the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) for the demolition and construction of NCCE
