The developer Eon Group has decided to build a luxurious mixed-use complex at New Prabhadevi Road, which is surrounded by the main road on all sides and has the properties Sheth Beaumonde and Rustomjee Crown in close proximity. This land parcel is located in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi neighbourhood and is 5,000 square metres in size. The project site, which is close to Lower Parel, Worli, and Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), one of Mumbai’s key centres, is well connected, according to MD Palash Shah. This tenanted property is intended to be developed as part of a redevelopment plan with the possibility of combining residential and commercial buildings with a total free sale area of more than 2,000,000 square feet. The Chairman, Bharat Shah, asserts that this land parcel’s special essential features would make it a prominent landmark.
