Arkade Developers Ltd. is set to redevelop three residential projects in Mumbai, expecting a total revenue of ₹2,150 crore. The projects, covering 20,232 square meters (approximately 5 acres), are located in Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West. The Andheri East project, near the Western Express Highway, spans 6,811 square meters with a saleable carpet area of 1.29 lakh square feet and a turnover potential of ₹527 crore.
In Malad West, a project covering 6,337 square meters offers a saleable area of 2.12 lakh square feet, with an estimated turnover of ₹758 crore. The largest of the three is a cluster of four societies in Borivali West, covering 7,084 square meters, offering 2.44 lakh square feet of saleable area, and a projected turnover of ₹865 crore.
