MoU for joint development of green hydrogen solutions in India

PTC India and Greenstat Hydrogen India (a subsidiary of Greenstat ASA, a Norwegian energy business) have signed an MoU to “jointly develop green hydrogen solutions for Indian power sector beneficiaries.”

Feasibility studies and/or project management services for green hydrogen solutions to potential users in India are among the areas of development. Both PTC and GHIPL will seek to discover potential for the establishment of a Centre of Excellence for green hydrogen facilitation in India.

“Green hydrogen offers enormous potential to meet future energy demand while also assisting the transition to a net-zero economy.” PTC and Greenstat will play a key role in the adoption of green hydrogen in India as a result of this collaboration,” stated Dr Rajib Kr Mishra, PTC’s CMD.
