The Federal Ministry of Transport has approved another highway to Bihar. The highway will start from Gorakhpur in the east of UP and go to Siliguri in West Bengal. It will be 600 kilometers long. Most highways will pass through The northern region of Bihar. This new road will become the lifeline of residents in the area.
The central government approved this highway in principle, and the Ministry of Highway Construction in Bihar will soon start construction. Currently, there is no road connection between Gorakhpur and Siliguri.
