The first residential plots for the group will be developed in Sector-2, Sohna, on the southern outskirts of Gurgaon, by the NCR-based real estate developer MKS Ventures, with an investment of $200 million. The land parcel, which is being developed as a plotted housing project, has a total area of 12.125 acres and will be built under the DDJAY programme.
As a result of the site’s close proximity to the Gurugram-Sohna Highway, places like Rajiv Chowk, the Delhi Airport, and MG Road are well connected to the rest of the Delhi NCR. The residential plots range in size from 127 square yards to 179 square yards, and for residents looking for spacious living areas along with stilt area for parking, they can be built up to 4 floors (stories).
According to Sunil Totlani, director of MKS Ventures, the MKS County project was designed to offer premium affordable housing plot living projects to millions of homebuyers.
