A data centre and IT space will be housed in six towers of a warehouse project worth 700 crores that will span 4 million square feet in a special economic zone in Greater Noida. With built-to-suit commercial, IT, and industrial units, the group will now develop the 37.5-acre mixed-use project after purchasing Ansal and HDFC’s stakes. The company has finished the project’s master planning, which calls for 10 lakh (1 million square feet) of warehouse space, a 16 lakh square foot data centre, and roughly 18 lakh square feet of IT office space spread across towers.
The site is strategically located with access to three sides by roads, which enables the developer to investigate the possibility of building a data centre and warehouse, according to managing director Yash Miglani. The company has completed more than 40 projects totaling 20 million square feet in various areas of Delhi-NCR over the course of its three decades of operations in the area, and it is currently working on 16 residential and commercial projects in different parts of the National Capital Region.
