Migsun realty plans ₹1,000-cr project in Lucknow

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Migsun has planned to invest Rs 1,000 crore in the construction of a 3200-unit high-rise housing complex in Lucknow (PMAY). Yash Miglani, MD of Migsun Group, stated that the per-unit price will not exceed $4,500 per square foot. With the demand for quality houses in the inexpensive category at an all-time high, quality houses in the affordable category are in high demand.

The project’s upper cap of $4500 psf essentially ensures that the units will always be within easy reach of the majority of buyers. It is situated on a 16-acre plot of land at Shaheed Path, with a commercial development space of 3 lakh sq ft. It’s also the company’s second project in the city of Lucknow.
