The MHADA Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Housing and Area Development Board will conduct its first Janata Darbar on March 28, 2025, to address public grievances. Following the Lokshahi Din model at MHADA Headquarters, a 100-day action plan has been enforced across administrative departments, prioritizing citizen grievance redressal.

The board will hold its own public forum for grievance resolution, chaired by the board’s Chief Officer. A public notice is issued to shop, plot, and flat owners across Marathwada region, urging them to submit written applications by March 27, 2025. In a significant move to enhance public participation and transparency.
