Merusri Developers partner with Xanadu Realty to launch villas in Blore

After a successful foray into the Bangalore market, Xanadu Realty has signed a new agreement with South Indian developer Merusri to develop a themed villa project in North Bangalore. Merusri worked with Xanadu Realty on project conceptualisation, sales and marketing for its new villa project in Devanahalli, adjacent to the House of Hiranandani and 25 minutes from Hebbal.

Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO of Xanadu Realty, said: “The work-from-home phenomenon has led consumers to want separate personal and professional spaces in their homes, which has led to increased demand for villas in many markets.
