Merlin Group plans ₹2,000 cr realty projects in Pune

With an investment of $2,000 crore, the real estate developer Merlin Group, based in Kolkata, plans to create both residential and commercial complexes on a site measuring more than 3 million square feet. The company intends to use the targeted money to invest in project.

development in localities of the city such as Jambhulwadi, Wakad, Baner, and Koregaon Park Annexe. The company would invest 120 crore of the overall investment in its first project in the Koregaon Park Annexe, a commercial complex with 1.5 lakh square feet that is expected to be finished by 2025.
