Max Estates to acquire Acreage Builders for ₹322.50 cr

Acreage Builders Private Limited has been put up for sale by Max Estates, the real estate division, for an enterprise value of 322.50 crores, according to a Max Ventures & Industries Limited (MaxVIL) announcement. The deal is anticipated to close in February 2023.

Acreage Builders Private Limited is authorised to build a commercial complex on a 7.15-acre plot of land on Gurugram’s Golf Course Extension Road. On this property, Max Estates intends to build a best-in-class Grade A+ commercial building. 1.6 million square feet could be leased. ft.
