Leading Indian supplier of steel line pipes for the gas, oil and water distribution industries, Man Industries, has announced fresh orders totaling 490 crores from both local and foreign customers. With delivery expected in the following six months, these orders bring the company’s order book up to about ₹2,600 crores, of which about ₹1,800 crores are for export. Remarkably, since the beginning of 2024, ₹1,970 crores worth of orders have been received.

The new orders cover a range of steel pipe grades for domestic and international oil, gas and water transportation projects. Along with opening doors in the renewable energy sector, Man Industries’ recent foray into the specialised hydrogen transportation pipelines industry is consistent with the company’s global commitment to energy independence and zero-emission projects. Accredited by a reputable European testing body, the company is among the first in India to be qualified for hydrogen transportation pipes.
