M3M India, a company with its headquarters in Gurugram, has begun construction on a high-end retail project called “M3M Route65” in Sector 65 of Gurugram. The project spans 4 acres and has a total saleable area of 4.87 lakh square feet; according to director Pankaj Bansal, they anticipate a top line of $1 billion from this endeavour.
The company has so far supplied more than 5 million square feet of retail space in Gurugram alone. The company is highly active in its retail portfolio. The brand-new retail complex is also a cutting-edge retail project, with 727 units spread across four levels with sizes ranging from 170 to 4,800 square feet and enough of parking in the basement.
The builder has also reserved more than 1 lakh square feet of space on the third floor for food courts and recreational areas in addition to basic shops. This property is situated close to upscale apartment buildings including Golfestate, Trump Towers, and M3M Merlin. The business anticipates opening another 2 million square feet of retail and office space in Gurugram soon.
