L&T wins 5th Package of CMRL’s Phase-II project

Package C3 (CP08 EV01) of the Phase-II Chennai Metro Rail Projects has been awarded to Larsen & Toubro. It entails the construction of a 10-kilometer elevated viaduct with ten (10) elevated metro stations at Nehru Nagar, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Mettukuppam, PTC colony, Okkiyampet, Karapakkam, Okkiyam Thoraipakkam, and Sholinganallur. This elevated Metro Rail package will take 35 months to complete.
